Tough. Generally I have learned that as much as I think I love paper, I don’t actually manage paper well. I do use both of these, but to me, there is nothing like opening a new spiral notebook with fresh clean paper. Reminds me of grade school.
I use both, but prefer spiral notebooks. They’re easier to use.
I used both I could put folds in binder and some binders had pockets and closers
