I love August because, even though it’s hot, it means we’re headed towards Autumn. September’s coming with my favorite season of the year.
It’s that time of year when we hold picnics in the evening, to avoid the heat of the day, but there’s that little tinge of chill in the air that tells you that summer is fleeting now (at least in our neck of the woods).
Yes, I’m fully aware that some of you won’t see cooler temps for some time–I do not envy you, but then, I’m not a sun bunny.
But it’s now time to head back to the Wild Hunt. STANDING STONES just landed, and with it, the Wild Hunt segues into the new spin-off, the Crystal Fae Series.
I’m really loving my writing now. Returning to the Wild Hunt and Otherworld have made me happier than I can say, and I hope you’ll join me on these new journeys. And yes, I will be continuing the Shadow Blade Series as well. I have plenty to tell you this month, so I hope you stick around!
We’re doing well here, both Sam and I have been working on our health, and the kitties are happy and healthy. I hope you’re all enjoying the summer and that you’re happy and healthy and enjoying all the new books I’m writing!
